Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Support accounting services for selected processes and countries, which may include coordination of month-end general ledger close, preparing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Works closely with Accountants and Senior Accountants to develop knowledge of the accounting industry and to gain practical experience
- Assisting with monthly, quarterly and year end Financial reporting
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues
- Assisting in preparation of analysis explaining data obtained against prior periods and budgets.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Relevant third or final level degree (Accountancy, Economics, Finance)
- Strong numerical skills and an interested and understanding of the accountancy career path
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to plan and manage time effectively and efficiently
- Self-motivated with a “can do” approach
- Ability to work as part of a team and of own initiative
- Fluent verbal and written English.
